Tambo Springs Logistics Gateway falls within the City of Ekurhuleni’s area of jurisdiction and CoE are providing their support as a key project facilitator in terms of providing all necessary development approvals and incorporating the project in its strategic plans and designating it as a key Strategic Urban Development project. CoE is providing the Bulk Services Infrastructure at a cost of +- R260 million, which is a key catalytic infrastructure investment that unlocks development in this area for the next 25 years.
